Dave Coombs (Chairman, Board of Directors)
Mr Coombs is an experienced business executive and investor, who has led companies of all sizes to successful growth in many industries. Dave joined Assured in 2005 and led the day-to-day activities of Assured from 2007 until June 2010, when he brought in Mr. Cannon to take over the duties of President.  Dave is passionate about building a great technology company that creates products and services that deliver unsurpassed value to customers.

Kathleen Mackenzie(Director)
Ms. Mackenzie has been a successful business owner for the past 30 years. Kathleen’s business interests have spanned many industries: golf course development, residential developments, sand and gravel mining and commercial construction. Her community activities include involvement with the Central Okanagan Foundation, the Okanagan Mission Resident’s Association, and the Director/Treasurer Kelowna General Hospital Foundation.

Greg Salloum (Director)
Mr. Salloum is an experienced business man who has over 20 years experience managing the Best Western Inn (Kelowna) as well as numerous property management & development companies. In 2003, Greg was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year award in recognition of his past business successes as well as his vision of environmental responsibility.

Ron Solmer (Director)
Mr. Solmer is a Senior Partner at the Law Firm Pushor Mitchell and has been extensively involved in corporate reorganizations, corporate governance issues, and negotiating and drafting commercial agreements for companies of all sizes. Ron has been active in leadership roles with a number of community organizations including being co-chair of the inaugural gift of life campaign for the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation which has raised in excess of $1.4 million.

Allen Tozer (Director)
Mr. Tozer is President of Lexlaur Properties Inc., a hospitality and commercial property company. In March 2002, Allen was appointed to the Board of Tourism British Columbia, and in 2006 was elected Chair. Allen is a Member of the Board of British Columbia Assessment, past member of the Board of Governors of Okanagan College, and Coordinator of the Okanagan Wine Festivals Society.

David P. Willis, C.A., CIRP (Director)
Mr. Willis is a Chartered Accountant, with extensive experience running public accounting firms as partner for almost 30 years. David is a bankruptcy trustee with his own practice, Willis Associates, which specializes in insolvency work. His past community involvement included serving as Chairman of the BC CA convention and Chairman of the local bid committee for the Canada Summer Games. He is currently on the board of directors for the Okanagan Innovation Fund, which is the first private equity fund with a mandate to provide significant returns and long term value to shareholders investing in the future of the Okanagan region of British Columbia.
