"We are a small company in Colorado that specializes in fire, water and mold remediation. We have been around for thirteen years and have grown steadily while our industry has become more technical and affected by more rules and regulations.
While moving to a new facility in 2006, we began looking for an electronic way to track our jobs that had an interface with our accounting software. Needless to say, our paper file was becoming more and more difficult to maintain. Our personnel spent countless hours trying to find and update files and more insurance companies were asking us to submit information electronically.
Assured Software's JPP proved to be exactly what we needed. We now all have access to files, including our offsite employees. We have an interface for our accounting and can now easily track job scheduling and project profitability.
JPP is a user-friendly program and and changeover was very easy. The training we received at startup was excellent and (despite some staff turnover) we have found that we can easily adapt to the changing needs in our company and in our industry."
